our policies
Single Sessions and class packages can be purchased in the studio, or online. Once a class is purchased, you must reserve a spot in the class you’d like to attend.
You can reserve a spot 14 days in advance.
We do not accept unpaid reservations in the studio or over the phone.
You cannot be rescheduled for a different class time within the 12-hour cancellation window.
By signing up for the waitlist, you are signing up for the class. If you get off the waitlist, you’ll receive an email at the email address associated with your Arketa account. You may be added to the class from the waitlist several hours before the class starts, or at the start of class due to no-shows. If you are not present and added to the class from the waitlist, you’ll be penalized as a no-show. If you do not plan to come to the studio and wait, you need to remove yourself from the waitlist prior to class start time. By removing yourself from the waitlist before the start of class, you will not be penalized as a late cancel or no show.
You can cancel your reserved bike up to 12 hours before the start of the class. That class will be returned to your account for future use. If you cancel within our 12-hour cancellation window and have an unlimited package, you’ll receive a $10 fee. If you have a class package or a single session, you’ll lose that class.
Spots are released to waitlisted riders three minutes before the start of class. If you are running late, call the studio + we are happy to hold your spot for you!
We do not offer refunds for any of our pricing options. In certain circumstances, we can offer a package extension, or account credit – email ridetandem@tandem-cycle.com for more details.
